Shalini’s self-described mastery of the to-do list explains her ability to build relationships with her clients. She earns their trust by reliably following through on her commitments to them, one need at a time. Briefly distracted by aspirations of operating a toll booth, where something or someone interesting is always around the corner, Shalini instead channeled her straightforward nature into fulfilling her dream of benefitting those in need of a strong advocate in the courtroom.

To John, there are no talents that should go unshared. Therefore, his aptitude for juggling is no secret to those who know him well. Amongst colleagues, it’s also no mystery that he’s thoughtful, level-headed, and committed to using his passion for justice as a foundation for helping those who need it most. Happiest when traveling with family, John can be found playing soccer, watching his sons play soccer, or having the occasional beer or two, hoping to improve his understanding of German culture.

Ja’Net joined Clements & Sweet in October 2021 as a newly licensed attorney, but prior to passing the Bar she spent a decade as a paralegal specializing in workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability. While working full-time, she attended Georgia State University College of Law, graduating with honors in May 2021. Ja’Net is passionate about helping people and forms lasting relationships with her clients. She is still adjusting to having “spare time” after being in law school for four years while working full time. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, her cats (who have their own instagram page…don’t ask!), and reading the occasional trashy romance novel.
